Are you a real estate brokerage firm?

No, we are not. We are helping bring buyers and sellers together through our unique website that only serves those seeking restaurant opportunities.  We happily serve restaurant brokers and commercial realtors by helping them connect with restaurant buyers.

Do you charge commission? Are there any contracts?

No. After your automatic Free 60 Day Trial, there is a monthly fee for members with listings.  You are free to cancel at any time and can do so online directly.

Do you charge Restaurant Buyers?

No, Restaurant Buyers or Leasors are always free. Join now for Free and find out about the newest listings first.

What are the package prices?

View the packages here. Your first 60 days are automatically free. After that, you pay a low monthly fee starting at $49/month (your first 60 days are automatically free) while your Membership Level is at Individual Listing.  If you have more than one opportunity to promote, you can sign up for one of our Broker Pages ($98/month for up to 3 listings) or  Preferred Broker ($198/month for unlimited listings plus extra promotional benefits)

Why do you ask for a Credit Card?

We collect your credit card number for all listings to ensure that all of our listings are genuine from serious sellers and avoid Spam listings. Your card will not be charged until after your Free Trial. We use a secure Payment Provider called Stripe who holds the card number which we cannot see and cannot access. We chose them for their superior levels of security for our customers.

Are other billing options available?
