More from the Owner:

We roast a lot of organic Guatemala and Tanzania Peaberry. We also feature an organic Costa Rica, as well as other varietals. We buy from larger, established roasters who buy in large volumes ( I’ve been in coffee since 1995) captains coffee in Seattle, and jittery joes here in Athens. And others. Since I’m looking for small estate gown co-op growers, it’s hard to get more than 40-50 pounds at a time.

We are licensed by the GA Dept of Agriculture. I can discuss the differences between state vs county if you are not aware.

We have a small commercial coffee roaster (1 lb kettle)I also have a certified scale, and a bag sealer… loads, and loads of bag stock. We have the new sandwich-make table, a toaster oven, and a microwave convection oven in our kitchen area. (We added the 48” make line) we also have a commercial freezer and three additional refrigerator units (2 dr, 1 dr, a 1/2 dry-1/2 refrigerated self-serve reach-in) a new ice machine, a (new)ice bin/blender station, A soup kettle, and a hot plate. And a (new) Stainless Steel liquor display stand. And I bought another bean grinder(Grindmaster 850)

We make sandwiches and salads and charcuterie, lots of desserts and snacks. Almost all to go, all packaged to go. We are also baking cookies, muffins, scones, tarts, and brownies in-house. We are baking more versus buying.

This building has these restrictions-No open flame allowed. No hoods. No deep frying. (Even though it has sprinklers!) too old, wooden framed, and there are residential units.

There are two new developments going up across the street. Seven medium-density residential and commercial buildings. No food in buildings, but food truck space. 188 apartments. One building (#8) going up on Baxter St will have a Mexican restaurant and bar.

All of our seating is in the new adjoining space. We have 14 bar stools. It’s set up as a live performance room. SELLING PRICE/TERMS

All transferable licenses, equipment, small wares, fixtures, improvements, and furnishings, including all coffee and gallery inventory and new owner training
